(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates § 94.01 shall, for a first offense, be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall, for a second or subsequent offense, be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. The penalty for a minor misdemeanor is a fine not to exceed $100. The penalty for a misdemeanor of the fourth degree is a fine not to exceed $250 and imprisonment for not more than 30 days or both.
