The Back-up Operator shall maintain and operate the well fields, water plants, and the water distribution system of the village in the long-term absence of the Water Superintendent or shall be responsible for maintaining and operating the sewage treatment plant, its collection system, and the storm water system of the village in the long-term absence of the Sewer Superintendent.
