(A) The parking or operation of vehicles or motor vehicles, as defined in the Ohio Revised Code, in or upon the old Penn Central Railroad right-of-way now owned by the village is hereby prohibited, except that village safety and maintenance vehicles are excepted from the operation of this schedule, and except that short term (30 minutes or less) parking and/or operation of vehicles and motor vehicles for loading, unloading, or patronizing adjacent or neighboring businesses or residences, or for emergency purposes, shall be permitted so long as the activity is not on the walking trail itself.
(B) Whoever violates division (A) above is guilty of unlawful parking or operation upon village property, a minor misdemeanor punishable by a maximum fine of $100. A second violation of division (A) above within one year shall constitute a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
