§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation which violates §§ 71.01 to 71.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, on conviction, be fined not more than $50 for a first offense and not more than $100 for each subsequent offense.
   (C)   An operator of a golf cart who violates §§ 71.15 to 71.18 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense; on the second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; and each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (D)   Whoever violates § 71.30 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
