Any full-time or part-time Police Officer shall be supplied by the village with necessary uniforms of three short-sleeved shirts, two long-sleeved shirts, three pairs of pants, two summer uniforms, shirts, and one universal jacket. All other necessary equipment (i.e., weapon, leather gear) will be purchased by the employee from an approved list authorized by the Police Chief. Any departmental uniforms or equipment issued shall remain the property of the village.
