Said vehicles may be operated on the streets or highways of the village, except Front Street, so long as they are operated by a licensed driver, equipped as required by state law and all persons driving or riding are equipped with safety glasses or other protective eye device. Operators who reside on Front Street may travel on said street only to or from the nearest village street.
