§ 51.01 MONTHLY CHARGE.
   Effective with September, 2014 usage/October, 2014 billing, there shall be a monthly charge for each individual unit receiving water, whether for living or otherwise, and whether separately metered or not, of $10 to be used for debt repayment for permanent sewer projects conducted by the village.
