(A) The village reserves the right to audit a user’s account at any time.
(B) Excessive and/or personal use not reimbursed by the employee within 30 days of the audit will result in appropriate disciplinary action.
(C) When an employee or position no longer has a need for communication equipment, the equipment shall be returned to the village.
