(A) The village is registered with the State Bureau of Unemployment Compensation.
(B) Terminated employees who file a claim and are determined qualified under the state unemployment compensation law may be eligible to receive unemployment compensation benefits. Employees who are terminated for violation of the village’s drug free workplace policy may not be entitled to unemployment compensation under state law.
