§ 33.335 PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM.
   (A)   The process for rating the work performance and work attitude of employees accurately is important to the efficient operation of the village and job opportunities for employees.
   (B)   Performance evaluations (PEs) are given to evaluate the employee’s work attitude, quality, quantity, and performance and to assist the employee and management in recognizing strengths and weaknesses and to assist in improving areas identified as weak.
   (C)   PEs will be conducted annually for regular full-time employees and on other occasions as determined necessary by the Village Personnel Committee and for other employees when and if the Village Personnel Committee determines such evaluations are needed.
   (D)   Annual PEs shall be conducted by the Council, Board of Public Affairs, or Council Committee and shall be forwarded to Personnel Committee for review.
