§ 33.243 MILITARY LEAVE WITHOUT PAY.

(A) Military leave without pay begins when paid military leave (22 eight hour days/176 hours per year) is exhausted, and the employee has either used his or her available leave balances or declines to use them.

(B) Employees on military leave without pay do not accrue sick, vacation, or personal leave.
