(A) In an effort to encourage use of paid sick leave only when absolutely necessary and as an incentive for good attendance, all permanent part-time and full-time employees shall be eligible for additional vacation leave or pay at their straight time rate at the time of the award.
(B) The award, if any will be based on the employee’s use of sick leave during the prior anniversary year based on the scheduled below.
