Any hours worked outside of those scheduled shall be compensated at a rate of time and one-half or by compensatory time off. Compensatory time is limited to 40 hours, with no carry over, and is granted by Council/Board of Public Affairs. Compensatory time cannot be used a day before or after a holiday.
