(A) All permanent part-time employees with regular scheduled hours and full-time employees will receive vacation based on their previous years of employment.
(B) For their first partial year of service vacation will be earned as follows.
(1) One-day of vacation will be issued for each full month of employment up to a maximum of ten days and will be issued on January 1 of the subsequent year.
(2) For full calendar years of continuous service, vacation will be earned and issued on January 1 of the subsequent year as follows:
1 to 5 years | 2 weeks |
6 to 10 years | 3 weeks |
11 to 25 years | 4 weeks |
After 25 years | 5 weeks |
(C) All other employees are not entitled to vacation leave.
