§ 33.126 PERMANENT LAYOFFS.
   (A)   In some cases, the village may utilize a layoff under circumstances where there is no reasonable expectation to return to work. Such layoffs will be designated permanent and the employee(s) laid off shall not be eligible for recall for his or her previous position.
   (B)   Full-time employees who have completed their initial probationary period and who are scheduled to be laid off for lack of work, funds, or other reasons where there is no fault on the part of the employee shall be eligible to receive compensation as prescribed by the Ohio Revised Code.
