Employees shall not use village property, equipment, or vehicles except in the performance of their official duty, nor shall they permit the use of village property by an unauthorized person, unless approved by the Village Council and/or the Board of Public Affairs. Employees shall immediately report the loss or damage of village equipment to the Village Council and/or the Board of Public Affairs.
