§ 33.006 DEPARTMENT POLICIES.
   (A)   Department policies and standard operating procedures will be in writing and submitted to and reviewed by the Village Personnel Committee and recommended to Village Council for approval.
   (B)   Departmental policies and standard operating procedures approved by the Village Personnel Committee will serve as supplements to these policies. In the event of conflict, the PRR shall prevail unless the departmental rule has been specifically approved as an exception by the Village Personnel Committee.
   (C)   Approved changes in departmental policies and standard operating procedures shall be distributed to the affected employees after approval.
