The purpose of these personnel rules and regulations (hereafter referred to as “PRR” or “rules”) is to establish procedures, which will serve as a guide to administrative actions covering most personnel actions, which may arise. The final interpretation and application of these rules shall be made by the Village of Pemberville (hereafter “village”) or its designee. The Council reserves the right to amend, alter, modify, delete, and add to the rules.
