No truck over one (1) ton capacity or over seventeen (17) feet in length shall be parked at any time within the business district of the City, nor shall such a truck be parked within any other district for a period longer than three (3) hours. Parking of trucks, other than panel or pickup trucks of less than one (1) ton, is prohibited in residential areas except to load and unload.
