158.03 CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.

CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PELLA, IOWA 2011

In any case where the provisions of this chapter are found to be in conflict with the Code of Iowa or a provision of any zoning, safety or health ordinance of the Code of the City of Pella, Iowa, the provision which establishes the higher standard for the promotion and protection of the health and safety of the people shall prevail.
