CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PELLA, IOWA 2011
166.12 PENALTIES.
Each violation of this chapter or of any regulation, order, or ruling promulgated hereunder shall be subject to penalties for violation of this Code of Ordinances, and each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
