Use of streets and public ways shall be in compliance with State law (Section 364.12) and City ordinances. Public ways and grounds may be temporarily closed by resolution. Prohibited and unlawful activity upon open streets and public ways would be to coast, skate, sled, rollerblade, skateboard, run or play games.
