1. Electric Fences. No person for any reason shall erect, install or maintain any electrically charged fence within the City except in the A1 or RR Districts.
2. Barbed Wire Fences. No person for any reason shall erect, construct or maintain any barbed wire or razor wire fencing within the City except:
A. Three (3) courses of barbed wire may be installed above the top line of an eight foot (8') chain link fence located in a district zoned for industrial purposes or on property used for industrial purposes or on property used for industrial purposes under a valid nonconforming use.
B. Barbed wire fences which comply with State statutes may be erected, constructed and maintained on premises zoned for agricultural uses.
