If authorized by state law and a valid permit has been obtained from the town, a marijuana establishment is permitted to operate in the town subject to the following conditions and limitations:
(A) Shall operate only in authorized zoning districts;
(B) Shall not sell marijuana or marijuana products except as permitted by state law to consumers;
(C) Shall not allow a person to consume marijuana or marijuana products on the premises if the establishment is not licensed by the department as a retail site; and
(D) Shall comply with requirements pursuant to Title XV, Chapter 154 of the Unified Development Code.
