§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Each day any violation of any provision of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Civil penalty. Violations of any provision of this chapter shall be civil code offenses which may be adjudicated and enforced by the town civil hearing process set forth in Title XI, Chapter 110, § 110.99(D).
