§ 93.45 DISCLAIMER ON NON-TOWN SPONSORED EVENTS.
   Any applicant using a park facility under a facility reservation permit or special event permit who advertises, posts, or distributes any promotional materials, or otherwise provides any notice of their use of the park facility shall clearly identify the group sponsoring the use.
