§ 154-07-005 PROHIBITION AGAINST CIRCUMVENTION OF CHAPTER.
   No person, firm, corporation, or other legal entity shall sell or offer for sale any lot, piece, or parcel of land which is within a subdivision as defined in § 154-11-002 without first having recorded a plat in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
