§ 155.04 APPLICABILITY.
   (A)   Except as otherwise provided herein, from and after August 1, 2014, this chapter shall apply to all new development within the town.
   (B)   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all of the territory within the corporate limits of the town.
   (C)   The Assistant Town Manager is authorized to make determinations regarding the application, administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
