If a customer violates or is not in compliance with the Cross-Connection Control Policy, the Water Division may take enforcement action as allowed by law, up to, and including discontinuation of service. Unless the violation of the policy creates a danger to public health or the integrity of the town's water supply, the Water Division shall attempt to give at least five working days notice prior to any discontinuation of service.
