(A) The Mayor or designee shall ensure that all vacancies on the Commission are filled within 60 days of the occurrence of the vacancy, unless extenuating circumstances require a longer period of time. A written request to the State Historic Preservation Office for time greater than 60 days shall be made by the Mayor.
(B) If a quorum of the Commission is unavailable to perform any action that may be required by law, the Design Review Board may take such action as may be needed.
