§ 150.01 ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The administrative authority as may be referenced in this chapter, or any code adopted under this chapter except the International Fire Code, shall be the designated Building Official.
   (B)   The administrative authority as may be referenced in the International Fire Code shall be exercised by the Fire Chief.
