§ 112.08 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE; APPEALS.
   (A)   The business license of any auction house, junk dealer, pawnbroker or second-hand dealer may be suspended or revoked by the Town Clerk upon notice and hearing as provided for in Chapter 110 of this code.
   (B)   Appeals from suspension or revocation shall be as provided in § 110.13, regarding appeals of business license suspensions or revocations.
