Subject to the provisions of A.R.S. § 3-563, it is unlawful for any peddler, solicitor, canvasser, transient merchant or itinerant vendor, as the same are defined in this chapter, to engage in such business within the corporate limits of the town without first obtaining a license therefor in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
