§ 98.06 RECOVERY OF UNPAID SERVICE CHARGES.
   The town shall have the right to seek appropriate relief in the Town Magistrate Court, either legal or equitable, for the nonpayment of assessment fees, including, but not limited to, recovery of service charges, late charges and all other costs for bringing such an action.
