§ 96.07 CONCILIATION AGREEMENT VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   If the Town Attorney and a person accused of a violation of this chapter shall reach agreement and execute a conciliation agreement, and that person shall then violate any terms and conditions of the conciliation agreement, it shall be as if the agreement had never been executed.
   (B)   In such an event, the Town Attorney may file such criminal charges as are proper under this chapter, and further shall take any other civil or criminal action as may be permitted under the Arizona Revised Statutes.
