§ 91.20 DEFINITIONS.

   For purposes of this subchapter, ABANDONED VEHICLE is as defined in A.R.S. § 28-4801. Evidence that a vehicle not having current registration was left unattended in an unsheltered location and open to public view for a period of 30 days or more on public or private property within the corporate limits of the town shall be prima facie evidence of abandonment.
