§ 90.58 IMPOUNDMENT.
   (A)   Each unlicensed potbellied pig that is impounded shall be kept and maintained at the pound for a maximum of three days. At the expiration of the impoundment period, anyone may claim the potbellied pig, provided that that person pays all established pound fees and complies with the licensing provisions of this subchapter. If no person claims the potbellied pig, the Animal Control Officer shall dispose of the potbellied pig in accordance with Arizona’s Livestock Regulations and Procedures.
   (B)   Impoundment costs shall be as determined by the Humane Society from time to time.
   (C)   All additional impoundment regulations as contained in this chapter shall be applicable.
