§ 90.18 ANIMALS IN VICINITY OF NEIGHBORS OR WATER SUPPLY.
   (A)   No animal, except domesticated dogs or cats, shall be yarded, housed, corralled, penned or kept within 75 feet of an inhabited house or occupied building of any adjoining property, unless the owner of the adjoining property has consented in writing thereto.
   (B)   No animal, except domesticated dogs or cats, shall be yarded, housed, corralled, penned or kept within 100 feet of any source of water supply.
