§ 73.08 OPERATION OF ELECTRIC PLAY VEHICLES.
   Operators of electric play vehicles shall have the same rights and responsibilities as persons riding bicycles, pursuant to A.R.S. Title 28, Chapter 3, Article 11(A.R.S. § 28-811-818, Operation of Bicycles), except for those provisions that by their nature can have no application.
