For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ELECTRIC PLAY VEHICLE. A coaster, skateboard, scooter, or other motorized vehicle that is self propelled solely by an electric propulsion system and which is not defined in A.R.S. Title 28 as a motor driven cycle, motorized wheelchair or motor vehicle.
MOTORIZED PLAY VEHICLE. A coaster, skateboard, scooter, or other motorized vehicle that is self propelled by a combustion engine, or a combination of a combustion engine and electric motor, and which is not defined in A.R.S. Title 28 as a motor driven cycle, motorized wheelchair or motor vehicle.
