§ 32.21 DEPARTMENTAL POLICIES.
   The Fire Chief may adopt operational departmental policies for the Fire Department. Such policies shall be reviewed by the Manager and Attorney and shall be subject to the town’s personnel rules and all town wide administrative policies.
