§ 30.01 COMPOSITION OF COUNCIL; TERM.
   The elected officers of the town shall be a Mayor and six Councilmembers. The Mayor and Councilmembers shall constitute the Council and shall continue in office until assumption of duties of office by their duly elected successors. The regular term of office for the Mayor shall be two years, and the term of office for Councilmembers shall be four years.
