2.08.030: CITY EMPLOYEES:
The city may hire such employees as the city may deem necessary or appropriate for the efficient operation of the city. Their duties may be set out in an employee manual or an employee handbook or such other document as may be adopted by the city. (Ord. 1245 § 2, 2005)
