12.04.220: TAKING DOWN OR REMOVING BARRICADES DECLARED MISDEMEANOR:
Any person who takes down or removes any barricade placed on any sidewalk, street or alley by any department of the city shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Prior code § 9-1-22)
