12.04.020: RIGHT TO ORDER NEW CONSTRUCTION:
In cases where the convenience or safety of the public renders the construction of a sidewalk advisable, the construction of new sidewalks where none exist may be ordered in the same manner as is provided in this chapter. (Prior code § 9-1-2)
