3-5-1: SHORT TITLE AND PURPOSE:

This chapter shall be known as PAYETTE COUNTY CABLE TELEVISION LICENSING ORDINANCE. The purpose of this chapter shall be to regulate the installation and operation of a community antenna television system within the unincorporated portions of Payette County. (Ord. 2010-01, 12-7-2009)
