3-1-3: LIQUOR BY THE DRINK; COLLECTION OF FEES 1 :
   A.   Population: On each state license for the sale of liquor by the drink which is issued by the state director of law enforcement within the boundaries of a town or village, Payette County shall collect an annual license fee, according to population, as follows:
 
Population of 1,000 or less
$ 75.00 per year
Population of 1,001 to 3,000
125.00 per year
Population of 3,001 or more
187.50 per year
 
   B.   Unincorporated Boundaries: On each state license for the sale of liquor by the drink which is issued by the state director of law enforcement within the unincorporated boundaries of Payette County, the county shall collect an annual license fee in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
   C.   Golf Courses:
      1.   On each state license for the sale of liquor by the drink which is issued by the state director of law enforcement to a golf course within the boundaries of Payette County, the county shall collect an annual license fee in the amount of seventy five dollars ($75.00).
      2.   A "golf course" is defined as an actual course used for the playing of the game of golf, having not less than nine (9) tees, fairways and greens laid out and used in the normal and regular manner of a golf course. Eighteen (18) hole courses must have a total yardage of at least two thousand (2,000) yards as measured by totalling all of the tee-to-green distances.
   D.   Proration Of Fee: A license holder who operates for only a portion of the year may have his license fee prorated from the date he commences operation to the end of the calendar year, but in no event for less than six (6) months. (Ord. 79, 8-2-1993)
