10-1-15: JUDICIAL REVIEW:
Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Board of Appeals or appellant authority defined in subsection 10-1-14F, or any governing body of a municipality, or County, which is of the opinion that a decision of the Board of Appeals or appellant authority is illegal may present to the District Court of Payette County a verified petition setting forth that the decision or action is illegal, in whole or in part, and specifying the grounds of the illegality. Such petition shall be presented to the Court within thirty (30) days after the decision is filed in the office of the Commission. The petitioner must exhaust the remedies provided in this Chapter before availing himself of the right to petition the Court as provided by this Section. (Ord. 33, 7-20-1982)
