9-1-4: FAILURE TO COMPLY:
It shall be unlawful for any person, proprietor, or developer to subdivide any real property within the county of Payette, unless such person, proprietor, or developer has first fully complied with the procedures and provisions of this title and obtained the approval or approvals of and for such subdivision as required herein.
