9-1-3: ADMINISTRATION AND JURISDICTION:
   A.   Administration: The provisions of this title shall be administered by the board of county commissioners of the county, or their delegated agent.
   B.   Jurisdiction: This title applies to the dividing, subdividing or short subdividing of all lands within the unincorporated area of the county. (Ord. 40, 4-9-1984)
